Ride Hard Breathe Easy

We hope you join us for the 4th Annual Ride Hard Breathe Easy Classic, benefiting GO2 Foundation for Lung Cancer!

In 2017, John Matthews cycled over 3,500 miles from Suburban Philadelphia to the Golden Gate Bridge as his way to do “something” about lung cancer, a promise he made to his mother before she passed away in 2011.  In 2018 and 2019, over 30 people participated in bike rides of 1,800 miles.

This year’s ride will start on Saturday, August 22 along the Schuylkill River Trail in Conshohocken, PA.  There will be three distances that day (20 miles, 30 miles and 100 miles) and each ride will start and end in Conshohocken.  The 20-mile and 30-mile routes are along the trail, ensuring a very flat, easy and enjoyable ride.

In addition, you are welcome to join us from August 23 until September 5 while spots are available.  Each ride will be filled with support, love, snacks, and drinks.  And plenty of laughs!  We will publish a finalized schedule for the 15-day ride by July 15th.

Please contact us at info@rhbe.org if you have questions, and we hope to ride with you this year!
